Our entire fish processing takes place in our dedicated, state of the art factory in Hull, which has both BRC Global Standard accreditation in addition to MSC accreditation.
With strict quality assurance procedures in place to ensure that every seafood intake conforms to specification, our fully trained teams control customer orders from start to finish. This means that the same team prepares, packs, labels and seals your order of wholesale fresh and frozen fish, providing consistency and individual order "passports" that guarantee complete and unparalleled traceability in food service.
Our range can be purchased by the kg, and we also have a comprehensive selection of portion controlled packs, with counts of 10, 20 or individually, where required.
