The ethos of the 3G Select brand is simple: to provide caterers with top quality products that will delight their customers, leaving them with really positive and memorable impressions of the meal occasion.
Research
Why have we launched 3G Select? Independent research shows that although fewer customers are eating out, they are doing so more frequently, and importantly are trading up to higher quality – and more expensive foods. This provides a clear challenge to caterers to offer foods that will continuously excite consumers, but at the same time it also creates an opportunity for caterers to generate incremental profit.
3G Select has been developed to meet this consumer challenge and satisfy the increasing demand for high quality products.
How are the products chosen?
Working closely with our handpicked suppliers, 3G Select products are carefully evaluated as part of the selection process, and each product must satisfy a rigorous judging panel before it merits inclusion in the range. The products must be unique or particularly outstanding in several qualities – ingredients, flavour profile, mouthfeel for example, before being awarded the honour of becoming an elite 3G Select product.
The Range
Initially launching with a fabulous range of premium desserts, the 3G Select offer will grow to include all the key categories in our range, ensuring a fantastic depth of choice and considerable margin growth potential for your business.
Fruit & Nut Chocolate Brownie 
A moist, rich chocolate brownie with delicious roasted almonds and sultanas topped with a rich, dark chocolate ganache and decorated with toasted almonds and a dusting of icing sugar.
Individual Lemon Tart

A refreshing individual lemon tart, with a beautifully light zingy lemon filling encased in buttery, crumbly pastry. Finished with tender curls of lemon peel.
Individual Toffee Puddle

Ideal for sharing or as an individual serving, this delicious tart is filled with a wonderfully gooey toffee centre that just oozes out of the light buttery pastry tart.
Individual Chocolate Indulgence

Beautifully soft chocolate mousse on a sponge base with a liquid chocolate ganache centre. Topped with smooth shavings of chocolate for a visual and gastronomic delight!
Orange Crème Caramel

An egg custard enriched with cream, flavoured with refreshing orange and topped with a golden caramel sauce.
Pecan & Maple Cheesecake

A rich, classic, baked cheesecake flavoured with maple syrup and pecan nuts on a base of buttered oatmeal crumb. Decorated with a tempting swirl of toffee sauce.
Baked Lemon & Blueberry Cheesecake

A buttery oatmeal biscuit crumb base topped with a rich and creamy lemon cheesecake. The cheesecake mixture is garnished with two circles of blueberry compote running through the centre of the cheesecake, topped with blueberries and finished with a glaze.
Baked Raspberry & Vanilla Cheesecake

A buttery oatmeal biscuit crumb base topped with a rich and creamy vanilla cheesecake containing two circles of raspberry compote running through the centre of the cheesecake, and decorated with the same on top. The cheesecake is glazed and lightly dusted with icing sugar. Winner of Silver Award, Best New Dessert/Ice Cream/Confectionery Product, Annual BFFF Awards for New Products 2007.
Baked Vanilla Cheesecake

A buttery oatmeal biscuit crumb base topped with a rich, creamy and indulgent vanilla cheesecake mixture that includes full fat cream cheese, whole eggs, double cream and natural vanilla with pods. A plain cheesecake, allowing the creative caterer to finish as required.
Baked Rhubarb & Vanilla Cheesecake

A subtle but clean tasting ginger biscuit crumb base topped with a rich vanilla flavoured cheesecake with rhubarb compote running through the centre. Finished with a feathered raspberry sauce topped with batons of champagne rhubarb, and glazed.
